As a fellow holistic living high achieving woman and recovering trauma survivor, I help those drawn to the frequency of what I offer here at wiseroots (In Person and Online) to find the holistic healing balance that they desire without feeling overwhelmed. I can help you easily understand your energy, emotions and thoughts so you can feel in control by truly letting go as you are held in a safe space.
