PAYMENT: pay online via this link 
BOOKING IN: you will recieve an email or call to book your session  (training available usually 7 days a week, day & evening, subject to availability, usually within 2-7 days minimum waiting time, if you have an exact date in mind email before you book)
DISCLAIMER You agree you are fit and well to attend the session you are booking, you must complete a Health Declaration or inform us if you have any medical issues within 24 hours of your appointment
RESCHEDULING Allow 24 hours if re-scheduling due to illness etc . Sessions are non refundable after completion.
BOOKING 2 OR MORE SESSIONS: Any sessions booked within a period of 2 weeks are available at a reduced rate of 10% on the second and subsequent sessions
